Respecting the privacy of our Users and Clients, we provide this Privacy Policy to inform each of you to what extent your personal data is processed, including to allow you to independently, consciously, and freely decide whether to use our services.

Legal Basis for Data Protection
The ITSS Privacy Policy is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”).
How Personal Data is Collected
On the OMNI SHIELD homepage (omnishield.eu), personal data may also be collected from individuals submitting contact forms to reach company representatives. In addition, personal data is collected through communication channels and during meetings (events, promotional activities, tech breakfasts, etc.).

Security of Personal Data
